Shipping Terms

1. Shipping Overview

Lead Rhythm Solutions is committed to getting your outdoor equipment to you quickly and safely. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

2.1 Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

2.2 Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States. This offer does not apply to expedited, express, or overnight shipping options.

2.3 Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note:

  • Alaska and Hawaii shipments may require additional transit time
  • PO Box addresses are accepted for standard shipping only
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders or package forwarding services

3. International Shipping

3.1 Available Countries

We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

3.2 Delivery Times

International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

We mark all international packages with accurate product values. We cannot mark packages as gifts or declare lower values to avoid customs fees.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through:

  • The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Your account on our website
  • The carrier's website using your tracking number

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number
  4. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date

We will work with the carrier to investigate missing packages. In most cases, we will reship your order or issue a refund once the investigation is complete.

5.2 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and any damaged items
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Retain all packaging materials for inspection

We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on product availability and your preference.

5.3 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We cannot modify addresses after an order has been placed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. We will contact you to arrange reshipment once the package is received.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Peak shipping seasons (holidays)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.

7. Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November-December), please allow additional processing and delivery time. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery before holidays.

Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website and communicated via email to our mailing list subscribers.

8. Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages to expedite delivery. You will receive tracking information for each package.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us:

  • We will issue a refund for the product cost minus original shipping charges
  • Return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund
  • If you wish to have the order reshipped, you will be charged current shipping rates

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified before they ship
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • You may refuse delivery or return the package following our return policy

11. Shipping Insurance

All orders are automatically insured up to $100 at no additional cost. For orders exceeding $100 in value, additional insurance is included in your shipping cost.

Insurance covers loss or damage during transit. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

12. Signature Requirements

Orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

You may authorize the carrier to leave the package without a signature at your own risk by contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
